We are aware of an issue preventing the RANE SYSTEM ONE from connecting for macOS system languages other than English.
If you're running into this issue, please try following the steps below:
- Open “Audio MIDI Setup" under Applications > Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup.
- Click on the "Window" drop down menu, then click “Show MIDI Studio”.
3. In MIDI studio, find all references to “Rane SYSTEM ONE” and delete them. To do this, select the entries, then press "Delete" on your keyboard.
4. Set your macOS system language to English, then restart the computer. If you're not sure how to change the system language, see Apple's article here.
5. After restarting the computer, connect your RANE SYSTEM ONE to Serato DJ Pro.
6. Once you've connected the RANE SYSTEM ONE successfully, you can change the system language back to your preferred language.
