Changes to your Serato DJ Pro subscription can be actioned on your My Serato account page, from your web browser. This can be done on any device that you can sign-in to Serato.com on.

How do I start a subscription?
- Navigate to the product pricing pages below and choose a subscription:
Buy Serato DJ Pro - After completing the check-out process, download Serato DJ Pro, and sign-in using the Serato.com account your subscription was started with:

How do I change to another subscription tier?
Navigate to your My Serato account page and sign-in if asked, then choose Subscriptions & Payments on the left side of the page, and under Subscriptions, in the respective subscription, click Change subscription, to change the tier:
How do I update my billing information?
Navigate to your My Serato account page and sign-in if asked, then choose Subscriptions & Payments on the left side of the page, then, under the Payments section and the SAVED PAYMENT METHODS card, choose + Add New to add a new payment type, Update to adjust a current payment method, or Delete to remove a payment method:
NOTE: You cannot delete your only remaining payment method if you have a currently active subscription.
Why has my subscription failed to renew?
The two most common reasons for your subscription failing to renew are; you have insufficient funds, or your credit card has expired.
In the case of insufficient funds, please check the credit card you subscribed with, and ensure sufficient funds are available.
We will then attempt to bill you again 3 days after the billing cycle, and then again 3 days after that, so if you have just ensured you've got sufficient funds - simply wait for the next attempted billing.
An email notification will be sent to you each time a payment has failed due to insufficient funds.
In the case of your credit card expiring, we will not attempt to re-charge you, but you'll still be notified via email so you can amend the issue - which can be done by updating your payment details. See the steps above for information on how to do this.

Navigate to your My Serato account page and sign-in if asked, then choose Subscriptions & Payments on the left side of the page, then, under the Payments section, and the PAYMENT HISTORY card, choose Download next to the invoice you wish to download or view:
