While this does not affect usability of the plugin at all, this issue is caused by having the OS scaling settings at 150% or higher, and results in the text in Serato Sample to not display correctly (the text will overlap the respective window it is supposed to sit within, and the UI will appear cluttered) 

To resolve this, and have the plugin display correctly - go to your OS scaling settings, and change the scaling to 100 or 125%.
