This is a Serato DJ Lite hardware unlocked device, meaning it unlocks Serato DJ Lite when connected.
It is also a paid upgrade to Serato DJ Pro device, meaning it requires the purchase & activation of a Serato DJ Pro license, in order to be used with Serato DJ Pro.

Drivers & firmware
The Numark Mixtrack Pro 3 does not require manufacturer specific drivers on either Mac & Windows operating systems.
Simply connect the device to your PC, and launch the latest version of Serato DJ Pro.

Performance Pads
The bottom row of pads is dedicated to Cue Points:
- CUES 1-4: Pressing the bottom 4 pads will add and play up to 4 Cue Points. Holding SHIFT and pressing a pad will delete the specific Cue Points.
The top row of performance pads have different modes you can select. They are Manual Loop mode, Auto Loop mode and Sampler mode.
Hold the PAD MODE button and press pads 1-3 to enable each performance pad mode.
- AUTO 1/Manual Loop mode: Pressing pad 1 will start and set a Manual Loop In point, pad 2 will set the Loop Out point and pads 3 and 4 will turn the Loop On/Off and Retrigger the loop.
- AUTO 2/Auto Loop mode: When pressing pads 1-4 you can activate Auto Loops of different sizes. Hold Shift and press pads 1-4 to enable Loop Rolls of that size.
- AUTO 3/Sampler Mode: Pads 1-4 will trigger samples loaded in slots 1-4 of your Sample Banks. Holding SHIFT and pressing pads 1-4 will stop the sample playing. When a sample slot is empty, pressing the pads 1-4 will load the currently selected track in library to the corresponding sample slot.
DJ-FX
The FX panel button is displayed in the top left area of the main Serato DJ Lite screen, click on this to toggle the DJ-FX panel.
With the DJ-FX panel open, you have control of two DJ-FX units, and if your hardware supports it, Channel FX, which can be applied to tracks played through your connected Serato DJ-hardware.
Both DJ-FX & Channel FX can be controlled with your mouse or by using dedicated controls on your hardware (where available).

Help
Show Tooltips
Click on the Help button in the upper right-hand corner of Serato DJ Lite, then Show Tooltips to enable Tooltips. Tooltips provide a handy way to learn the various features of Serato DJ Lite.
Move the mouse over a section of the software to bring up a context-sensitive tooltip that describes the feature.
Click on the Help button again to turn off Tooltips.
Show Shortcut Keys
Click on the Help button in the upper right-hand corner of Serato DJ Lite, then click Show Shortcut Keys to launch a pop-up window displaying shortcut keyboard combinations.
These shortcuts can help you perform various actions quickly, such as triggering specific deck functions, controlling playback, or navigating the library.

Click on the Help button in the upper right-hand corner of Serato DJ Lite, then Watch Tutorials to launch
your default internet browser and watch tutorials to help you get familiar with Serato DJ Lite.
