Resolving Hosts file issues on Windows

We have been seeing cases where customers are presented with an error message within the Serato software, presenting a Connect to the internet message, or when attempting to log in via, seeing a message showing refused to connect.

We're now aware that for some customers, the issue is being caused by their computer's hosts file, and can be resolved by resetting this file to its default values.
