New Project: Create a new project. This will close the project you currently have open. If your current project hasn't been saved, Serato Studio will ask if you wish to save changes before proceeding.

Open Project: This will allow you to navigate to and open an existing project from a Finder window pop up in Serato Studio. This will close the project you currently have open. If your current project hasn't been saved, Serato Studio will ask if you wish to save changes before proceeding.

Open Recent Project: This will allow you to open a project from a list of recent projects. This will close the project you currently have open. If your current project hasn't been saved, Serato Studio will ask if you wish to save changes before proceeding.

Save Project: Save all changes you have made to your project using this option or by using the keyboard shortcut [command ] + S (Mac) / [ctrl] + [S] (Windows)

Save Project As...: Rename (or name if saving for the first time) your Project using this option or by using the keyboard shortcut [command ] + [shift] + [S] (Mac) / [ctrl] + [shift] + [S] (Windows). If you rename your project, the version saved under the previous name will not be overwritten. This may be handy if you wish to make changes to your project without overwriting a previous save version - e.g. "Fire Beat" and "Fire Beat - changed Drum Sounds"

Save Project with Samples...: Using this tool will create a .zip file of your project that includes all audio samples used in your project.

Save Project as Default Template: Save your current project as a ‘Default Template’, which will open if a new project is created, or the New beat option is selected from the Welcome Screen.

Export Song...: Export your Song by clicking the ‘Export Song’ button. Choose to export your song or stems in the .wav or .mp3 format. Clicking "Export" from the Export Master tab will create export your complete song. Clicking "Export" from the Export Stems tab will create individual audio files. Select ‘Export Drum Pads as individual audio files’ to create individual files for each Drum Pad, as well as the whole drum deck. You can also choose to decrease the volume for each of your stem files by 6dB using the "Decrease audio output for stem files by 6dB". We recommend using this when sharing your project audio stems with a mastering engineer.

Export Song to Serato Visualizer...: Export your Song as an MP3 and open Serato Visualizer in a browser window to create visuals for your Studio creations.

Exit (appears under the file drop down on Windows Only): Exit the Serato Studio application here or by using the shortcut [ctrl] + [Q] (Windows).

NOTE: Master FX are not applied to stem files on export.
