KNOWN ISSUE: Denon MCX8000, Rane Seventy-Two, Numark NV, NVII, & NS7 III screens do not display correctly with macOS 10.15 Catalina

We are aware of an issue whereby built-in screens on some devices do not work correctly when used with mac computers running macOS 10.15 Catalina & Serato DJ Pro.

Symptoms can range from incorrectly displayed track overviews to missing portions of the waveform.

UPDATE: This issue can be resolved by installing the appropriate driver, as per the links below.

IMPORTANT: Ensure you install the respective driver before connecting the following device to your macOS 10.15 Catalina computer.

  • Denon MCX8000 (Install the MCX8000 1.0.3 macOS Catalina driver in the downloads section near the bottom of the product page, here)
  • Numark NVII (Install the NVII 1.0.1 macOS Catalina driver in the downloads section of the product page, here)
  • Numark NV (Install the NV 1.0.1 macOS Catalina driver in the downloads section of the product page, here)
  • Numark NS7III (Install the NS7III 1.0.1 macOS Catalina driver in the downloads section of the product page, here)
  • Rane Seventy-Two (Install the Seventy-Two 1.0.1 macOS Catalina driver near the bottom of the Rane macOS 10.15 Catalina article, here)
