To remap controls on your Serato Official Accessory, ensure your Serato primary hardware is connected, and enable the accessory for mapping by opening the SETUP screen, then make sure your accessory is selected, and “Allow Serato hardware remapping” is checked, in the MIDI Devices list, under the MIDI tab.

To restore all defaults, click the ‘Restore Defaults’ button in the MIDI tab of the SETUP screen. This will prompt you to save any custom mappings you have made and will unload your current MIDI .xml leaving you with a clean slate.

This will also restore defaults for your Serato primary hardware, and any secondary MIDI controllers you have saved to the mapping.
