To create a Cue Point
Click on the + symbol (pictured below) in an empty Cue Point slot in the Cue Point Tab, press a Cue Point pad on your Serato hardware that corresponds to an empty Cue Point slot, or press the keyboard shortcut control + 1-5 (left deck) and control + 6-0 (right deck) that corresponds to an empty Cue Point slot:
The Cue Point slot in the Cue Point tab will light up to show that there is a new Cue Point set, and if connected, your Serato hardware will illuminate the Cue Point slot that corresponds to the physical hardware Cue Point pad (where applicable):
To delete a Cue Point
Move your mouse cursor over the Cue Point slot, then click the small x in the corner of the slot, or (on your Serato hardware) hold SHIFT and press the corresponding Cue Point pad you wish to delete:
When you have the Quantize feature enabled, Cue Points will snap to the Beatgrid for a perfect setting. You can adjust the number of beats allowed between each Cue Point set under SETUP > DJ PREFERENCES.
