Pitch 'n Time Pro and LE open with Multi-channel processing as the default

Issue
Pitch 'n Time Pro and LE in Pro Tools both open with "Multi-channel mode" processing as the default, even when mono processing may be more suitable for your audio.

Workaround
Launch Pro Tools then launch Pitch 'n Time Pro or LE from the Audio Suite menu. Change the processing from "Multi-channel mode" to "Mono mode".
