Unlike Pro Tools, Logic Pro does not draw a plug-in window for Pitch 'n Time LE. Instead, Pitch 'n Time LE is available as an algorithm inside Logic's own "Time and Pitch Machine".

With the "Time and Pitch Machine" open, simply select Pitch 'n Time LE from the algorithm drop down box.
