After installing Scratch Live 2.4.4 and above, some users may experience their Rane device not connecting to Scratch Live. 

To resolve this, restart your computer after installing. If after restart you are still experiencing this issue, try disconnecting then reconnecting your Rane device.

If you own one of the following devices:

• Rane Sixty-Eight
• Rane Sixty-One
• Rane Sixty-Two
• Rane SL2
• Rane SL3
• Rane SL4

We also recommend that you run the Rane Device Driver installer for your device, which is bundled with the Scratch Live installer. Open the 'Rane Device Driver' folder:

Then select the Rane device:

Run the installer package and upon completion, you will be prompted to restart your computer.

If you are still unable to get your Rane device to connect to Scratch Live after following the above steps, please start a help request and someone from the technical support team will assist you further.
