If you can't see the Pitch 'n Time algorithm in Logic's Time and Pitch Machine, you may need to enable it in the audio units manager. You can do this by opening the File > Preferences > Audio Units Manager option and select Pitch 'n Time using the check box. This should enable the Pitch 'n Time algorithm for you to select and use.
