Use Advanced Settings > Audio to set your output and latency.

• Output to iOS device speakers: plays the master mix through your device’s speakers. (NOTE: Only shown with hardware that doesn’t have its own sound card.)
• Audio Latency: lower feels more responsive, higher is more stable. Raise it if you hear dropouts.
• Sampler Volume: sets the Sampler level against your mix.
