On rare occasion, Serato Video can get into a state whereby two seratovideo.exe processes are running concurrently. This can result in reduced performance and unstable preview screens or output window.
The most likely symptom will be flickering video preview screens.

If you notice this, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue;

1. Press 'CTRL + ESC + SHIFT' to launch the Task Manager application in Windows.
2. Choose the 'Processes' tab, and click the 'name' column to order processes alphabetically.
3. Scroll down to and locate the seratovideo.exe process, right-click on it, and choose 'End task'.
4. Close Serato DJ Pro and re-open it, then enable the Serato Video panel again.
