Hex FX - Activation errors

ERROR RESOLUTION
Sorry! There are no available licenses for this account. Please buy a license to activate.

No license available for activation.

Purchase a Hex FX or sign-out, and sign-in with the account containing the license.

No network connection. Please connect to the internet and try again.

Licensing server can't be reached.

Ensure your internet connection is connected and working, try another internet connection, or check your firewall settings to ensure Hex FX (and your DAW) has the access it requires.

If none of this helps, attempt further steps from Troubleshooting sign-in & activation

 Your trial has expired Your trial has expired. Please purchase Hex FX.
Error Code #1

License manager failed to initialize.

Please try reinstalling Hex FX and ensure you are logged in as an administrator on your machine.

Error Code #2

The license sent from the web server didn't arrive at your computer.

Try signing in again, to reattempt activation of your license. 

Error Code #3

The license has expired.

Please open a help request.

Error Code #4

The license host id does not match the current machine.

A possible reason for this error is that your computer hardware has been changed since first activating your license e.g. BIOS, motherboard or hard drive. Also, this can appear if you reinstall your computer operating system.

Sign-out, and back in again to deactivate and reactivate Hex FX.

Error Code #5

The license content is invalid.

You may have changed your computer name or ID, which now does not match your license. Another possible reason for this is that the license may have been corrupted.

The license version does not match the product version.

Please open a help request.

Error Code #7

The computer clock has been set back.

Please check the clock is set correctly for your time zone on your computer and sign-out, and back in again to deactivate and reactivate Hex FX. If that doesn't help try to reinstall Hex FX making sure you are logged in as the computer administrator.
