We are aware of a bug that causes Windows users with AMD Zen 5 CPU products to experience crashes with plugins that use iLok.

Given this issue, this prevents Pitch 'n Time Pro or Pitch 'n Time LE from working on these systems.

At this time, we recommend you do not use Pitch 'n Time Pro or Pitch 'n Time LE with these AMD Zen 5 CPU products, as there is no workaround.

Zen 5 CPU's currently includes Ryzen 9000 series for desktop, and Ryzen AI 300 series for laptops.

AMD has offered the following statement:

Please note AGESA ComboAM5 1.2.0.2A, the latest AMD AM5 Desktop SBIOS, is currently completing QA testing for stability and reliability, and is expected to appear in production BIOSes by early November. This update will enable PACE iLok Anti-Piracy software to run on AMD “Zen5” based processors.
