Hex FX can be activated on your main computer, and on a secondary or back-up device, allowing for 2 simultaneous activations - simply by signing into the plugin.
Subsequent Hex FX activations will prompt you to deactivate a previous computer via your Serato account, or you can deactivate a previous computer yourself, pre-emptively.
Finally, if you've lost a computer, you can remotely manage computers you've activated Hex FX on, by deactivating them.
