As of Serato DJ 1.7.4, we have reset all trial licences on all users accounts, allowing people with compatible hardware to try the Club Kit features for 14 days.
Unfortunately, it appears as though there are two issues surrounding this:
- Some users are unable to start a new trial on their account, and do not see any error message indicating that there has been an activation attempt.
If this is happening to you, in order for us to help you the best we can, please do not click activate more than once or twice. Try connecting to another internet connection, and if you're still having this problem, please create a help request, with the subject as: "Trial Activation Issue".
- Other users are able to log into the My Serato window within Serato DJ, but when attempting to activate or deactivate a licence on their account, are met with an error:
If this is happening to you, please first try connecting to another internet connection, and disabling any active firewall and antivirus. If you're still getting this issue, please create a help request with us, with the subject as "Activation Error - My Serato Not Responding".
We're actively looking into the reason behind both of these errors, and hope to have more clarification, and an acceptable resolution ASAP.
