There is a known issue with the Allen & Heath Xone:K1 where the knob values may not initialise correctly upon first connection of the controller. This can cause the knob or fader on the hardware to represent a different value to the software screen.

To fix this issue, move the fader or knob to re-engage MIDI connection and the parameter will return to it's correct value/state. The controller will still control Serato DJ as per normal.
